ABOUT MY WORK

I have over 30 years’ experience improving the performance of individual services through to entire organisations. Some of these improvements included designing safer systems, delivering exceptional performance and financial results, and overhauling governance structures. These results have been independently verified.

Whether a change is small or large-scale, I work with individuals and teams to develop clear, agreed, deliverable objectives and performance metrics. I then use PM methods to track results, manage variations to the plan, motivate stakeholders and achieve success.

Getting to the real cause of business problems is often a significant challenge for leaders. By building trust, engaging all employees and using the most appropriate problem analysis techniques, I work with organisations to develop solutions that make the greatest impact.
