Gary Walker

I have spent over 25 years improving performance of individual services to whole organisations, renewing governance arrangements, designing safer systems, and delivering results that have been independently verified. My clients have described me as collaborative, a communicator, a problem solver, decisive, full of energy and ideas, and inspiring to work with.

Integrity

I have a reputation for integrity and have given evidence to a house of commons select committee on culture in public services. I believe in strict adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character; and honesty.

Transparency

Being transparent, particularly in public service leadership, is essential to ensure engagement and ultimate success of any change programme. I believe in being open and direct with all stakeholders.

Confidentiality

Much of the information needed to effect change requires the handling of sensitive information. My policy is to maintain confidentiality of any assignment unless agreed specifically for use as a case study.
